Le concert époustouflant quasi complet qui promettait plein de gourmandises de Nothing More, Vukovi et Siamese a offert une expérience musicale intense mêlant Rock, Metal et Metalcore. La performance quasi parfaite a suscité l’enthousiasme du public, promettant une véritable délectation auditive.
Nothingmore, Vukovi and Siamese‘s breathtaking, almost sold-out concert, which promised to be full of treats, offered an intense musical experience blending rock, metal and metalcore. The near-perfect performance drew rapturous applause from the audience, promising a veritable aural delectation.
Entrée « Siamese » groupe metalcore Danois a débuté leur set sur le morceau The Shape of water , une bonne tarte directe ! Le deuxième morceau Numb reçoit aussi un très bon accueil du public! Le frontman Mirza Radonjica a une très belle qualité vocale et n’hésite pas à nous impulser une très belle énergie. La particularité de ce groupe: leur violoniste Christian Hjort Lauritzen, qui ajoute une réelle plus value au groupe! Siamese est tellement mélodique, il est évident qu’ils se font plaisir autant qu’il nous font plaisir! Ils enchaînent le set avec des titres comme can’t force The love que j’adore et finisse le set avec le titre ocean bed. Dans la fosse, ça n’a cessé d’être la folie, et sur scène également, très belle présence scénique! Siamese fini par un salut du public comme au théâtre et c’est vraiment très beau à voir, le public est conquis!
Meal starter : The Danish metalcore band « Siamese » kicked off their set with the track « The Shape of water », a good straightforward tart! The second track, « Numb », was also very well received by the audience! Frontman Mirza Radonjica‘s vocals are top-notch, and he doesn’t hesitate to give us the energy we need. A special feature of this band is their violinist Christian Hjort Lauritzen, who adds real added value to the band! Siamese is so melodic, it’s obvious they’re enjoying themselves as much as they’re enjoying us! They follow up their set with tracks like « can’t force The love », which I love, and finish with « ocean bed ». In the pit, it was non-stop madness, and on stage too, great stage presence! Siamese finishes with a theatrical bow to the audience, and it’s really a sight to behold – the audience is won over!
Plat principal, Vukovi groupe rock tout droit venu de Glasgow, arrive au son des sirènes sur scène, et débute leur set avec le titre Creep heat , les écossais démontrent une très belle énergie et l’atmosphère est clairement sensuelle et chaleureuse, mais le public semble peu réceptif, je ne sais pas si il y a un problème de retour mais le chant est faux la plupart du temps. La chanteuse est très communicante , mais son accent très marqué et la rapidité de son flow empêche la plupart des gens du public de comprendre ce qu’elle dit. Le groupe enchaîne néanmoins les morceaux, petit coup de cœur pour le titre Kill it , ils finissent leur set avec le titre LA DI DA . Nous restons sur notre faim!
Main course, Vukovi, a rock band straight from Glasgow, arrive on stage to the sound of sirens, and start their set with the title track « Creep heat ». The Scots show great energy and the atmosphere is clearly sensual and warm, but the audience doesn’t seem very receptive – I don’t know if there’s a feedback problem, but the vocals are off most of the time. The singer is a great communicator, but her thick accent and rapid flow prevent most of the audience from understanding what she’s saying. Nonetheless, the band went from one song to the next, with a particular liking for « Kill it », and ended their set with « LA DI DA ». We’re still hungry !
Dessert, Nothing More groupe de Metal Progressif américain arrive sur scène sous les hurlements hystériques du public, ils n’arrivent pas les mains vides car ils ont sorti un joli bonbon en janvier du nom de if it doesn’t hurt . Ils démarrent leur set avec le titre Let’em burn , l’enthousiasme dans la salle est contagieux et on hurle tous les paroles, Jonny Hawkins a une énergie impressionnante, le frontman est véritablement important tant vocalement que énergiquement! Tout ce que Jonny demande, le public exécute, que ce soit applaudir en rythme, balancer les bras ou allumer les lumières du téléphone. Leur nouveau single reçoit un accueil très positif du public, sur go to war on atteint des sommets d’énergies positives. Sur Jenny j’ai les larmes au bord des yeux , moment très émouvant au moment de fade in/ fade out où le guitariste intervient en début de morceau pour parler de l’importance de ce titre qui a été écrit à l’attention de son fils et son père, et dédicace cette chanson à Emma, qui a perdu sa maman, toute notre bienveillance et sollicitude à elle! L’émotion était bien présente, vraiment un moment touchant! Les texans finissent le set sur la chanson ocean floor à la fin du morceau deux grosses caisses sont mises sur les côtés de scène en hauteur afin que guitariste et bassiste s’en donnent à cœur joie, puis les deux grosses caisses sont disposées dans le photopit au plus proche du public, et c’est à ce moment que Jonny se défoule en rythme et nous prouve qu’il sait tout faire! Mention spéciale à Ben Anderson qui est vraiment un batteur exceptionnel. Pas de rappel, c’est un peu frustrant mais le set était parfait du début à la fin!
Dessert, Nothingmore American progressive metal band arrive on stage to the hysterical roars of the audience, they don’t arrive empty-handed as they released a nice candy in January called « if it doesn’t hurt ». They kick off their set with the track « Let’em burn », and the enthusiasm in the room is contagious, with everyone screaming out the lyrics. Jonny Hawkins has an impressive energy, and the frontman is truly important both vocally and energetically. Whatever Jonny asks, the audience executes, whether it’s clapping in rhythm, swinging their arms or turning on the phone lights. Their new single receives a very positive reception from the audience, and on « go to war » we reach new heights of positive energy. On « jenny », tears well up in my eyes, and there’s a very moving moment on « fade in/fade out », when the guitarist intervenes at the start of the song to talk about the importance of this track, which was written for his son and his father, and dedicates the song to Emma, who lost her mom – all our care and concern to her! The emotion was palpable, a truly touching moment! The Texans finished their set with the song « ocean floor », at the end of which two bass drums were placed high up on the sides of the stage for the guitarist and bassist to play to their heart’s content, then the two bass drums were placed in the photopit as close as possible to the audience, and it was at this point that Jonny let loose with his rhythm, proving that he can do anything! Special mention goes to Ben Anderson, who really is an exceptional drummer. No encore, which is a bit frustrating, but the set was perfect from start to finish!
