Sowulo ne nous plonge jamais dans la simple écoute. Depuis plus de dix ans, le projet de Faber Horbach a bâti un univers où la musique prend la forme d’un rituel, entre tradition et modernité. NIHT, sorti le 29 août 2025 chez Season of Mist, il livre sans doute son album le plus personnel. Écrit après la perte de son père et de son beau-père, cet album s’empare de la nuit comme un espace où se rencontrent deuil, mythes nordiques et cycles naturels.
Niwe Mōna
Avec Niwe Mōna, l’album commence comme une invitation à franchir un seuil. L’ambiance cérémonielle plonge immédiatement l’auditeur dans l’intimité et l’ombre, préparant le terrain pour le voyage que propose NIHT.
Seolfren Sicol
Seolfren Sicol évoque la montée de la lune, telle une faucille brillante qui perce l’obscurité. Cette lumière renaissante agit comme un guide discret, accompagnant doucement l’éveil et éloignant les ténèbres.
Āsteorfan
