Entheos : Empty On The Inside [FR/EN]

[ENGLISH VERSION BELOW] Trois ans après leur incroyable album Time Will Take Us All et deux ans après l’EP An End To Everything, le groupe mené par Chaney Crabb (chant), Entheos a sorti aujourd’hui (23 octobre 2026) son quatrième album intitulé Empty On The Inside disponible via Metal Blade Records.

[ENGLISH VERSION] Three years after their incredible album *Time Will Take Us All* and two years after the EP *An End To Everything*, the band led by Chaney Crabb (vocals), Entheos, released today (October 23, 2026) their fourth album, titled *Empty On The Inside*, available via Metal Blade Records.

And it kicks off strong with “Hell Is a Part of Me,” the kind of hard-hitting track needed to kick things off, with Navene Koperweis’s blistering drumming and the vocalist’s screams—which she quickly balances with clean vocal parts that seem almost mesmerizing—but the break sets the whole thing ablaze, and the guitarists seem to be going head-to-head during this literally fiery moment. The title track, “Empty on the Inside,” seems from the start to slow down the frenetic pace set by the previous track a bit, with a clean-vocal opening where Chaney continues to showcase every facet of her vocal range, but the song eventually ignites before settling back into that almost “dark tranquility.” A slightly more pop-oriented sensibility emerges from this new track, yet Entheos doesn’t lose its identity by offering something versatile. “Hollow” follows, aiming to be rawer, more authentic, and perhaps more sincere; once again, the vocalist never ceases to impress, because even in “calmer” moments, her vocal range still manages to surprise us—particularly on the chorus, where her singing could almost lean toward a Nu-Metal sound reminiscent of Kittie, but also of more extreme bands when she screams like a banshee. One of the heaviest tracks on this album!

“Call My Name” is a tidal wave of raw aggression where Chaney manages to bring a bit of warmth with a clean guitar part, while the musicians once again showcase their rock-solid technical prowess—though the gentleness makes only a brief appearance on this devastating track! “Undone” could have come straight off a Nine Inch Nails album—more electronic with more synth loops—and here Entheos demonstrates its musical versatility, with quite impressive results. The next track, “Tomblight,” is a duet with Michael Lessard (The Contortionist); here, the vocal duo works exceptionally well, while the guitars are particularly highlighted. A certain sense of calm emerges once again, despite Chaney’s screams, which are still present. “Pale Faith” returns to pure chaos before “Never Let Me Go” takes over for a much calmer and more melancholic interlude—a truly beautiful ballad that leads into the finale, “The Earth Will Move.” Yet another false sense of calm to close out this new chapter for the band on a positive note!

Entheos proves once again that with this new album, they have what it takes to surprise us—both in their musical choices and in their versatility—as well as in Chaney Crabb’s vocals, which are flawless yet again!
