Le 18 janvier dernier, le groupe allemand Electric Callboy s’est emparé de la scène de la Villette, accompagné en première partie par les Anglais de Wargasm et les Américains de Bury Tomorrow. Entre metalcore, electro et techno survitaminée, la soirée s’est rapidement imposée comme l’un des concerts événements de ce début d’année.
C’est Wargasm qui a lancé les hostilités. Le duo britannique a ouvert le bal avec une énergie brute et un univers aussi chaotique qu’entraînant, mêlant punk, metal industriel et influences électroniques. Leur présence scénique, à la fois provocatrice et décomplexée, a

Le groupe a donné le coup d’envoi avec “TANZNEID”, avant d’enchaîner avec leur reprise survoltée de “Still Waiting” de Sum 41, puis l’incontournable “Tekkno Train”.
Dès les premières notes, le Zénith s’est transformé en véritable dancefloor géant.
Le concert a ensuite été rythmé par les titres les plus emblématiques du groupe, tels que
“Elevator Operator”, “MC Thunder”, “Spaceman” ou encore “Hypa Hypa”, chacun
déclenchant une explosion d’énergie collective. Fidèle à son ADN, Electric Callboy a brouillé les frontières entre concert metal et rave, alternant breakdowns ravageurs et refrains électro ultra festifs.
Moment fort de la soirée, le groupe est descendu dans la foule pour interpréter
“Fuckboi”, avant de proposer une reprise fédératrice de “Everytime We Touch”, au plus
proche des fans, créant un instant de communion mémorable. La scénographie s’est montrée à la hauteur de l’événement : un jeu de lumières époustouflant, des visuels colorés et soignés, ainsi que des effets pyrotechniques et de fumée ont plongé le Zénith dans une atmosphère survoltée. [ENGLISH VERSION] The Zénith of Paris hosted the most anticipated metal rave of the beginning of the year. On January 18th, German band Electric Callboy took over the stage at La Villette, joined by opening acts Wargasm from the UK and American metalcore outfit Bury Tomorrow. Blending metalcore, electro and high-energy techno, the night quickly established itself as one of the must-see concert events of the year so far.
Wargasm kicked off the evening. The British duo opened the show with raw energy and a
universe that was as chaotic as it was infectious, mixing punk, industrial metal and electronic influences. Their provocative and unapologetic stage presence immediately captivated the audience. The chemistry between the two vocalists proved remarkably effective, alternating screamed passages, catchy choruses and hard-hitting beats. Without a single dull moment, Wargasm successfully imposed their identity and warmed up the crowd, perfectly setting the stage for the rest of the night.
