[ENGLISH VERSION BELOW]DON BROCO est de retour ce 27 mars avec son album “ NIGHTMARE TRIPPING”, l’artiste sous FEARLESS RECORD, nous propose un album plein de couleurs et d’émotions qui saura mettre tout le monde d’accord avec des tonalités rock/metal.
L’album “NIGHTMARE TRIPPING” se compose de 11 titres, qui marque un nouveau chapitre pour DON BROCO avec un vibe nu-metal très présent sur cette album mais aussi explosif.
L’album s’ouvre sur le titre “CELLOPHANE” une vibe très nu-metal et entrainante qui nous entraîne sur le début de l’album, un très bon début qui nous donne une vibe légèrement à la DEFTONES très sympathique qui reste en tête avec des lyrics prenant.
Le second morceau “DISAPPEAR” donne une vibe pop rock avec des influences techno, très agréable et bien mixée agréable à l’écoute, encore une fois ce son nous donne envie de danser et en même temps de l’écouter au calme pour prendre toute les émotions ce celui-ci.
“ SOMERSAULT” attaque directement dans le vif avec une voix posée presque grave, un refrain catchy, avec des instruments puissants et des breakdown fort, qui fait une parfaite transition vers un chorus plus rock et doux, néanmoins très agréable à écouter.
Cet album est un échantillon de ce que DON BROCO peut nous proposer avec un Feat avec NICKELBACK sur le morceau “NIGHTMARE TRIPPING” un parfait mélange entre metal, rock et une touche de techno, les vocaux sont raw et puissants, des lyrics fort, un mélange DON BROCO et NICKELBACK parfait.
“GHOST IN THE NIGHT” lui se veut plus rock vibe années 2000, très mélodique, des émotions forte, d’où ce titre “GHOST IN THE NIGHT” qui nous procure des sensations de se trouver dans une quête à la recherche de soi même, une voix très prenante et suave qui permet de suivre cette quête.
Concernant “ TRUE BELIEVERS” en feat avec SAM CARTER de ARCHITECT on retrouve cette ambiance metalcore dès le début un vrai contraste avec le morceau précédent, on retrouve cette DA à la ARCHITECT, avec les scream de SAM qui nous transporte au milieu d’un ouragan, mais en même temps ce passage légèrement acoustique se marie très bien avec le reste du morceau.
Le contraste avec “EUPHORIA” est vraiment fort, une ambiance metal mais un chant clair et plein de sens qui se marie bien avec les lyrics très euphorique, très robotique, et techno en même temps, avec des breakdown maîtrisé.
“PACIFY ME” est plus chaotique, mais en soit les lyrics parle de trouver le courage au fond de soi même pour trouver la force de parler de choses importante pour soi, cette chanson apporte de la positivité.
La fin de l’album est composé de “ SWIMMING POOLS”, “ HYPE MAN” et “THE CORNER”, un enchaînement de chanson très travaillé dans un univers metal mais mélangé avec une touche de techno industriel, très parlante et des lyrics incisifs, une touche encore une fois très présente de techno, une voix douce qui explose vers un scream fort, trois chanson avec du potentiel des riffs plein de force et de technique.
L’album “ NIGHTMARE TRIPPING” nous prouve encore une fois de quoi est capable DON BROCO en explorant des genres mais aussi des featuring de qualité, mais aussi un mix des musiques bien travaillé un vrai travail d’orfèvre pour un artiste qui n’a plus rien à prouver dans son genre.

The album “NIGHTMARE TRIPPING” consists of 11 tracks, marking a new chapter for DON BROCO with a nu-metal vibe that’s very present on this album and explosive, too.
The album opens with the track “CELLOPHANE,” a catchy, nu-metal-infused track that kicks off the album a strong start that evokes a slightly DEFTONES-esque vibe, which sticks in your head with its compelling lyrics.
The second track, “DISAPPEAR,” delivers a pop-rock vibe with techno influences it’s very pleasant and well-mixed, a joy to listen to. Once again, this sound makes us want to dance while also listening to it quietly to fully absorb all its emotions.
“SOMERSAULT” hits the ground running with a calm, almost deep voice, a catchy chorus, powerful instruments, and strong breakdowns, making a perfect transition to a softer, rock-inspired chorus that’s nonetheless very enjoyable to listen to.

As for “TRUE BELIEVERS,” featuring SAM CARTER of ARCHITECT, we find that metalcore vibe right from the start a real contrast to the previous track. We get that signature ARCHITECT sound, with SAM’s screams transporting us into the middle of a hurricane, yet at the same time, that slightly acoustic passage blends very well with the rest of the track.
The contrast with “EUPHORIA” is really striking: a metal vibe paired with clear, meaningful vocals that blend well with the lyrics which are euphoric, robotic, and techno all at once along with masterfully executed breakdowns.
“PACIFY ME” is more chaotic, but the lyrics are about finding the courage deep within yourself to find the strength to talk about things that matter to you; this song brings positivity.
